RELOMIN-SPAS is a combination tablet containing dicyclomine, an antispasmodic that helps relax intestinal muscles, and paracetamol, a pain-relieving and fever-reducing medicine. The combination is intended to provide relief from abdominal pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms.
RELOMIN-SPAS may be indicated for symptomatic relief of abdominal pain and cramping associated with gastrointestinal spasms, when treatment with an antispasmodic and analgesic is appropriate.
Take RELOMIN-SPAS exactly as directed by a doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It may be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose, particularly because excessive paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.

Seek medical attention if severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, unusual weakness, or symptoms of liver problems occur.
