ERRSOME-D CAPS combines Esomeprazole, which reduces excessive stomach acid production, with Domperidone, which helps improve gastrointestinal motility and may relieve symptoms associated with delayed gastric emptying.
May be prescribed for acid-related gastrointestinal conditions where acid suppression and improved gastric motility are clinically appropriate.
Take exactly as prescribed, preferably before food. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
Headache, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation or dry mouth may occur. Domperidone may rarely affect heart rhythm, so seek medical advice if palpitations or fainting occur.
Store below 25°C in a dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
