DOXYART-LB CAP is a combination of Doxycycline 100 mg and Lactic Acid Bacillus 5 Million Spores. Doxycycline is a tetracycline-class antibiotic used for susceptible bacterial infections, while Lactic Acid Bacillus provides probiotic support and helps maintain healthy intestinal flora during antibiotic therapy.
DOXYART-LB CAP is indicated for bacterial infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to doxycycline. It should be used only on the advice of a qualified healthcare professional.
Take DOXYART-LB CAP exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew it. Complete the prescribed course of treatment even if you start feeling better, unless your doctor tells you to stop.
Avoid taking doxycycline together with antacids or supplements containing calcium, iron, magnesium or zinc unless specifically advised, as these may interfere with absorption.
