PODOCIL-CV combines the cephalosporin antibiotic Cefpodoxime with Clavulanate to provide antibacterial activity against susceptible organisms, including certain bacteria that produce beta-lactamase enzymes.
Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections where this combination is considered appropriate by the physician.
Take only as prescribed and complete the full course. Swallow with water and follow the physician’s instructions regarding meals.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort and rash may occur. Serious allergic reactions are uncommon but require immediate medical attention.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
